My fabulous weekend

Hi everyone!

I went to Exeter Thursday last week, sooo warm down there, like a dimwit i only took Jeans and tops with me!

Went into the city and found the most gorgeous pair of shoes to go with my coral dress but when i got to the cash desk i noticed they were marked - apprentley they are supposed to be like that but it looked stupid so i refused to buy them!

I did however buy a new top from new look (which then got a hole in it within 1 day of wearing it, not happy!) and a maxi dress from next

I did get 2 pairs of shoes from New Look but took them back the next day after the top incident, dont want the heel breaking on me!

Me and Ben came back to Notts on Sunday (4 hours in a hot car, not good!)

Spent yesterday walking around a tourist attraction farm in Nottinghamshire, Me, Ben and my daughter went on the go karts - Ben took a corner too fast and nearly killed himself (ok, bit dramatic but you get the idea lol) then spent the rest of the day in the garden and actually wore a coral long top (the one from ASOS) and a pair of Denim shorts (Tesco, £12, bargin!) and a pair of flip flops ive had laying around and never actually worn!

Had such a nice time with Ben, sad to see him leave this morning.

Today im slumming it (but getting better!)

I have my horrid trainers on, A pair of dark bootcut jeans, a black vest top, a bead necklace i brought in New look and my funky ribbon bracelets - apart from the trainers i feel quite trendy lol

I'm desperatley in need of some nice sandals/flip flops to wear as mine are a bit erm . . . horrid!!!

I've been really cr*p - I'm sorry!!

Hi everyone,

REALLY sorry i havent been around much - No excuse for it.

Ok, whats happened in my life since I last blogged:

Well im still seeing Ben, Ex has met him a few times now and is fine with Ben being around our DD. I'm going down to Exeter on Thursday, he is then coming back to Nottingham on Sunday with me then staying till Tuesday and getting train home.

I'm going to see a medium on 4th June too - She's REALLY good (whether you believe in this stuff or not, its my choice)

Ben is going to Scotland with me at the end of June to visit my family - He'll probably get third degree, poor sod!

This month is ROBIN HOOD Month in Nottingham so I am taking Ben to see Nottingham castle, They have LOADS of events so if your near, check it out!

I havent seen the new robin hood movie but russell crowe was said he based his accent on a "yorkshire man" - IDIOT

I saw "my sisters keep" for the first time the other day - my god DO NOT WATCH THIS IF YOU HAVE KIDS its awful :'(

I've been buying clothes, more essentials than "one wear" ("one wear" as in - Fashionable right now and never wearable again! lol)

Today I've brought:

Longline top In black and coral (I do want to stay away from Black/White but im too used to them but coral's a new colour!)

Leggins

Dress (again - new colour!)

Also brought 2 pairs of boot cut jeans from next and:

Also brought a superdry jumper but cant find a picture of it!

It's been a while!

Sorry for the delay!!

It has been rather hectic around here - Im constantly on FB though!

Personal life is on the up - I'm eating again but i do want to lose a bit mroe weight so diet starts today. Must try and drink more water.

Been seeing a guy called Ben who is fantastic, really makes me smile and get butterflies which is great - known him for 9 yeas and yes, probably is a bit too soon after my ex but you kow what - he knows the situation so  . . . .

Went down to Exeter last weekend - Just for the day on Sunday, Got a speeding ticket on the way down (I know i know!) me and Ben caught the train to Dawlish on Sunday, spent a few hours wandering around there, went to check train times back to Exeter and . . . it was 3 hours later! ah all good fun. I'm going to see him Thursday and he's coming back to Notts with me on Friday and staying till Tuesday - gonna be great. DD wont be around, she's with her dad at the W.E then off to my mums for a bit.

My weekend

Ok - Dont want to go into everything on here! Date went ahead, was lovely though and we sorted a lot of the worries out. difficult when its a friend!

Exeter is LOVELY, such a nice place. Weather wasnt as hot as i would have liked but hey - its march, cant expect miracules!

Things are starting to look up i think

Why do we bother ladies?

Grrr . . . .man rant! I’m supposed to be going on my date this weekend and my date keeps changing his mind about whether we should go or not. its pi$$ing me off BIG TIME. Last convo we had was that it was "on" so I’ve sent a text this morning with a basic message of "I need to know for definite as I need to make arrangements for DD and can’t keep changing plans as my mum won’t have her for me again"

Waiting on a reply.

I've also had an allergic reaction to some medicine the doctor has given me, it’s a form of deodorant - and its BURNING. I've got bright red marks under my arms, have tried to wash it off but it’s still stinging.

My other mum got buried yesterday, was a catholic service and I was fine - didn’t cry and held it together really well

Got my 6 month review at work today and I’m dreading it :(

My friends are FABULOUS

Well, yesterday me and my friend decided to enter Race for Life in memory of my other mum. Uploaded a link to my donation page and it asked for a "target" so i thought, recession, not many people will want to donate much - So i set my target for £100.

I checked online this morning - Its at £75 already with 7 dontations! Have now upped the target to £200!

I think its fantastic that people are dipping in their pockets (even if it is only to see whether i can run the 3 miles lol)

I had a bad day yesterday - I've been quite snappy with my friends and not all of them understand that im lashing out because of everything i've had going off but the ones who are sticking around are the best friends i could have asked for. I thought i had accidentley took too many thyroxine tablets yesterday but havign checked i didnt - took the correct dosage! Also did a lot of bank reviews - me and DD will be just fine! (Money was a huge worry for me!)

I feel a bit calmer today than i did yesterday - think i got most of the stressfulness out so should be back to my jolly nutty self today :)
